The Power of Being You!

Power Session: The Power of Being You!

This session will discuss the journey of self-discovery by taking steps to appreciate and know your true authentic self and appreciate your positive attributes and character traits. The more we exemplify our personal and unique attributes in daily practice, the stronger we will be to discern and reject messages that attack or question our true value or self-worth.  The practice of developing positive affirmations will also be explored and how to internalize affirmations to further shape who we are, how we behave, and how we respond to messages that are counterproductive to our self-esteem and sense of self. Participants will understand that they can be a powerful force in the world when they are secure in their own value and truly understand their self-worth. Self-worth is not measured by the validity of others but it is measured on how we see ourselves and how we can positively impact the world around us.
