About the Speaker: Colleen McMahon-Ingraham was raised in a entrepreneurial family with a can-do spirit by a retired naval officer. This has allowed her to skillfully approach any challenge with a strong balance of opportunity and discipline. She bought her first property 27 years ago, developing multi-family units while raising and homeschooling a growing family. This interest in real estate later evolved into mixed use commercial properties while remaining active in hospitality and consulting businesses along the way. She has worked with clients in many industries ranging from aquaculture, retail, art galleries, art production, farming and healthcare. All businesses have one thing in common, the passion of the founder and their desire to be successful as defined differently for many of them. That is what she enjoys most, helping to define that difference for her clients and then implementing the necessary processes to help them achieve those goals. She has been blessed with many wonderful mentors and she passionately enjoys sharing that knowledge forward.
